Final Sale: All purchases made from Kue Hat Co. are final. We do not provide refunds, returns, or exchanges on any hats or accessories, except in cases of manufacturing defects or mistakes on our part. Exchanges for apparel are available for sizing. 

Shipping Address: You are responsible for entering the correct shipping information. Please double-check that your shipping address is accurate before completing your order.

Defective or Incorrect Items: If you receive an item that is defective or not what you ordered, please contact our Customer Service within 10 days of receiving your package. We will guide you through the process of returning the item for review. If the defect or mistake is verified, we will either replace the item or issue a refund.

Return Conditions: Returns are only accepted if there is a manufacturing defect or an error on our part. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.

Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless otherwise indicated by Kue Hat Co. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee the receipt of your returned item.
